Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please see below for our cancellation and refund policy for products purchased through the site as well as the Consultation services purchased online.

Products

1. For orders that havent been processed at the time of cancellation, full refund will be provided to the original mode of payment within 7-14 working days.
2. For Orders that have already been delivered, the customer is responsible for getting the approval for returning the product. The product has to be in an original seal-pack, saleable condition. No refunds will be provided for open packaging. Once we receive the product and inspected for appropriate condition, we will process your refund.
3. The refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 working days.

Consultation Services

Consultations can be provided over the phone or skype, or face-to-face. Face-to-face consultations are currently available in Ahmedabad, India.

1. Refunds in the amount of 90% of the paid consultation fee will be provided in the event of cancellation of a consultation by the client 3 days before the scheduled consultation time.
2. No refunds will be given to persons who have attended a scheduled consultation.
3. No refunds will be given in the event where somebody else or any third party has attended a consultation on behalf of the person who had arranged the consultation or for whom the consultation had been arranged.
4. No refunds will be given in the event where a person who scheduled a consultation, and/or a representing person, have attended the consultation but decided not to complete it.
5. Normally, we do not provide refunds if you are not satisfied with the quality of telecommunication in the event of a consultation over telephone or skype, though reasonable alternatives may be considered.
6. Re-scheduling of a consultation can be done at no additional cost.
7. In case of Refund, amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 working days.
